New Banner image on Meeting login page is not updated even after uploading it under Administration> Customization | Adobe Connect

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: New Banner image on Meeting login page is not updated even after uploading it under Administration> Customization in Adobe Connect.

Environment: 

  • Adobe Connect  Hosted
  • Adobe Connect version 10.0

Reason behind the behavior:
We have recently discovered a new bug which indicates this has happened post Adobe Connect 10 upgrade.

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Go to Administration> Customization> Customize Login> Select an image of size 2500 X 1800 pix and upload it under Banner Image.
  2. Click Apply> The Banner image is not updated.
  3. Open any meeting login page which does not show the new Banner image.

Solution:
This issue will be fixed with Adobe connect 10.1.0a upgrade.

Workaround:
N/A.

Additional Information:
1. The was reported as a BUG- CONN-4109468 with Engineering team and has been fixed in Adobe Connect 10.1.0a.
