PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Get an “Error adding user as a host!” while creating a meeting from Microsoft Outlook Add-in for Adobe Connect
Environment:
- Adobe Connect Hosted
- Adobe Connect version 10.1
Reason behind the behavior:
We have recently discovered a new bug which indicates this has happened post Adobe Connect 10.1 upgrade.
Solution:
This issue is still being investigated by engineering team.
Workaround:
Create a meeting logging in to Adobe Connect account.

1. The was reported as a BUG- CONN-4109609 with Engineering team and still being investigated.
