ISSUE DESCRIPTION: webRTC recording is redirecting to a white screen

ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Hosted 12.1
- Adobe Connect Recording
REASON: Recording title-name has “ included.
SOLUTION:
- Change the recording titlename with below format. i.e., Replace the “ with ‘
- For example – Change the name Webinaire ASE spé Educ Spé “Methodologie”_0 with Webinaire ASE spé Educ Spé ‘Methodologie’_0
