ISSUE DESCRIPTION: webRTC recording is redirecting to a white screen

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect Hosted 12.1
• Adobe Connect Recording

REASON: Recording title-name has “ included.

SOLUTION:

• Change the recording titlename with below format. i.e., Replace the “ with ‘
• For example – Change the name Webinaire ASE spé Educ Spé “Methodologie”_0 with Webinaire ASE spé Educ Spé ‘Methodologie’_0
