The option to download PDF content or a certificate attached to an Adobe Connect Course or Curriculum is not visible

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: The option to download PDF content or certificate attached to a course or curriculum is not visible.

ENVIRONMENT:

  • Adobe Connect Hosted
  • Adobe Connect On-Premise
  • Adobe Connect 11.2.1 and later

SOLUTION:

  • Go to Content Tab -> click on the name of the pdf content attached to the course/curriculum.
  • Click on Set Permissions and check the below checkbox “Allow users to download copy to local device” value for the pdf file.

  • Open the Course/Curriculum to verify the changes.
