ISSUE DESCRIPTION: The option to download PDF content or certificate attached to a course or curriculum is not visible.

ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Hosted
- Adobe Connect On-Premise
- Adobe Connect 11.2.1 and later
SOLUTION:
- Go to Content Tab -> click on the name of the pdf content attached to the course/curriculum.
- Click on Set Permissions and check the below checkbox “Allow users to download copy to local device” value for the pdf file.

- Open the Course/Curriculum to verify the changes.
