Microphone not working when joining the Adobe Connect Meeting through Mac OS Mojave

Problem Statement: Microphone not working when joining the Adobe Connect Meeting through Mac OS Mojave 10.14.

Environment:

  • Adobe Connect Hosted /On-premise
  • Adobe Connect all versions

Resolution: In Mac OS Mojave there is additional security setting to allow the Apps to access the microphone. Follow the steps mentioned blow to allow Adobe Connect App to access your microphone:

  1. Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Microphone and allow the Adobe Connect App:
