Closed Captions are not Available for Android users in Breakout Rooms | Adobe Connect

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Closed Captioning is not available for Android users in Breakout Rooms (BoR).

ENVIRONMENT:

SOLUTION:

Login to your Adobe Connect account with Administrator privileges.
Go to Admin> Compliance and Control> Pods Management.
Select “Disable Chat Panel”
Join the Meeting from the Adobe Connect Mobile client on an Android device and ask the host to allow you to be a part of BoR.
You will see the option to Enable/Disable BoR.
