Android Clients in Breakout Rooms Hear Audio from the Main Room | Adobe Connect

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Users on Android devices running the Adobe Connect Mobile application in Breakout Rooms (BoR) can hear audio from the main room and vice versa

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect Mobile 3.5, 3.5.1
• Adobe Connect Meeting
• Adobe Connect version 12.6.0A

REASON: This has been identified as a BUG – CONN-4151601 and engineering team is working on it.

SOLUTION:

• Login to your Adobe Connect account as Administrator.
• Go to Admin> Compliance and Control > Pods Management> Disable Chat Panel

• Restart the meeting and test users on Android devices in BoRs.
