Custom Pods not working in Meetings pre-Adobe connect 12 Meetings
ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Custom pods are not working in meeting pre-Adobe Connect 12.
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe connect on-premise only
- Adobe Connect version 11.2
REASON: Adobe Connect version 11.2 didn’t support the .pod file extension
SOLUTION:
- Download the Custom Pod from link – https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/apps.html
- Rename the downloaded file CalendarConnect.pod to CalendarConnect.zip and upload it to the meeting room on Adobe Connect 11.4.7 or below.
