Cannot save Share Settings options under Administration> Compliance and Control | Adobe Connect

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Cannot save Share Settings options under Administration> Compliance and Control

ENVIRONMENT: 

• Adobe Connect Hosted
• Adobe Connect version 10

SOLUTION:

1. Login to Adobe connect account as an Administrator.
2. Uncheck “Restrict screen sharing to specific processes (check to define process lists)…”
3. Change Room Bandwidth Settings> Click Save.
