When Setting an MP4 video Share Pod to Full Screen, it will set a PDF file Share Pod Instead | Adobe Connect

DESCRIPTION: When we set the MP4 video share Pod it will set PDF file Share Pod instead.

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect Meeting
• Adobe Connect Hosted/On-premise
• Adobe Connect 11.2

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

1. Host opens a meeting and creates a Layout with 2 Share Pods. 
2. On Shared Pod A, upload an MP4 file, On Shared Pod B upload a PDF file.
3. In Share Pod A click on “…” > Force Presenter View.
4. In Share Pod B click on “…” > Force Presenter View.
5. Host tries to set Share Pod B to Full Screen which will set Shared Pod B to Full Screen.
6. Host tries to set Shared Pod A to Full Screen which will set Shared Pod A to Full Screen. After 2 seconds Shared Pod B goes to Full Screen.

SOLUTION:

1. Host opens a meeting and creates a Layout with 2 Share Pods. 
2. On Share Pod A, upload an MP4 file; on Share Pod B upload a PDF file.
3. In Share Pod A click on “..” > Uncheck Force Presenter View.
4. In Share Pod B click on “..” > Uncheck Force Presenter View.
5. Host tries to set Shared Pod A to Full Screen which will set Shared Pod A to Full Screen. It remains as it is.
