Virtual Classroom users may intermittently encounter Account Limit Reached error

Problem Description :

You may encounter a situation in which users are not able to join virtual classroom sessions and encounter Account Limit Reached Error after 9.5 upgrade

Environment :

Hosted/Licensed 9.5

Reason behind the Behavior :

We have recently discovered a new bug which might cause some users to encounter this error while trying to enter virtual classrooms.


Solution :

We have an internal workaround available which can be applied at account level.

Please contact Adobe Support if you are encountering this error and we can get the workaround applied to your account.


Additional Information :

The bug is under investigation by our Engineering teams with High priority and we will update this link once we have any updates.
