Pointer is not visible to the HTML client of Whiteboard | Adobe Connect

Issue Description: Pointer is not visible to the HTML client of White-board in Adobe Connect meeting:

Environment: 

• Adobe Connect  Hosted
• Adobe Connect version 10.1

Steps to Replicate:

1. Create a meeting and enter as a Host.
2. Share a White-board in the Share Pod.
3. As the Host, enable Pointer.
4. Enter as a participant in HTML client.

Reason behind the behavior:
We have recently discovered a new bug which indicates this has happened post Adobe Connect 10.1 upgrade.

Solution: This issue is still being investigated by engineering team.

Additional Information:  The was reported as a BUG- CONN-4111353 with Engineering team and still being investigated.
