IOS Users will see black screen if presenter is sharing webcam on a PC or Android device.

Issue: IOS Users will see black screen is presenter is sharing his webcam on a PC or Android device.

Environment:

• Adobe Connect On-Premise
• Adobe Connect Version 9.5 onward

Solution:

1. On connect server open custom.ini ( Location- /Connect/9.X/Custom.ini ).
2. Add following entries in custom.ini :
   SCREENSHARE_FALLBACK_TO_VP6=true
   CAMERA_FALLBACK_TO_VP6=true
3. Save the file and reboot the Adobe Connect service.
