How To Retrieve Serial Number from LWS

Objective: How to retrieve serial number from Licensing Website.

Environment: 

• All Adobe Solution
• Licensing Website (LWS)

Solution: 

1. Log in to LWS at https://licensing.adobe.com
2. Your Login ID is the email address you provided with your order.
3. Please click on “Licenses” and on the drop-down click on “Retrieve Serial Numbers”.
4. A New page would open up. Select the correct ID from the “Deploy-to ID” box and click on “Search”.
5. To filter the serial numbers that appear, select an item from the End User ID or Deploy-To ID list.
6. Click Search to see all the serial numbers.
