Adobe Connect User may need to enter Passcode twice when getting into a meeting or while accessing recording

Problem Description:

User may need to enter passcode twice while trying to launch an Adobe Connect meeting room and recording.

Environment:

Adobe Connect Hosted/On-premise
Adobe Connect version 10.0

Browsers :

Edge, Chrome, Firefox

Reason behind the behavior:

This has been recently discovered as a new bug BUG-# CONN-4109469 which is currently under investigation with our Engineering groups.

The fix is in progress and we will update this page here once the fix becomes available.
