Problem Statement: Adobe Connect Mobile Application screen flashes on Xiaomi MI A1 mobiles
Environment:
- Adobe Connect Hosted /On-premise
- Xiaomi MI A1 mobiles
Steps to Replicate:
- Launch the Adobe Connect mobile app.
- Click on enter meeting URL box and the screen will start flashing.
Solution:
This is a device specific issue and it can be resolved by following the below steps.
Steps to Resolve:
- Go to your phone settings and enable developer mode.
- Once it is enabled, please search for “Disable HW overlays” switch and turn it on.
- Launch the Connect App now and it should work fine.
