Problem Description: Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test dialog missing from troubleshooting page.

Environment: 

• Adobe Connect  Hosted
• Adobe Connect version 10.1

Reason behind the behavior:
We had discovered this as a bug post the release of Adobe Connect 10.1.

Solution:
This issue is targeted to be fixed in version 10.5.

Workaround:
N/A

Additional Information: The was reported as a BUG# CONN-4109407 with engineering team and is fixed in future release (10.5).
