PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Some extra objects appearing in flash and html view after conversion and thus hiding data present on slide
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Hosted
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
- Enter into the meeting as a host and share pptx files in the attachment.
- Enable Sync.
- Enter as a html participant from any browser.
SOLUTION: This issue is targeted to be fixed in version 10.6.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The was reported as a BUG# CONN-4113066 with engineering team and is fixed in future release (10.6).
