PowerPoint Slides will not Convert in Standard View in Adobe Connect
In some rare cases, a PowerPoint presentation may not convert in an Adobe Connect Meeting in Standard View. This issue is scheduled to be addressed imminently with our 11.2.0b update.
Screen-sharing can temporarily be used to present the slide deck in a meeting until our converter is fixed.
Additionally, you may see the warning message, “There was an error converting your file”. If so, please open the Recently Shared dropdown from the Document selector in a Share Pod. If the presentation is listed then you may be able to open it normally from there.
