Cannot play connect recording on Mobile devices using Adobe Connect
ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Cannot play connect recording on Mobile devices like iPone, iPad, Android devices using Adobe Connect application.
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Hosted/ On-premise
- Adobe Connect Mobile
- Adobe Connect Application
SOLUTION: We Cannot play connect recording on Mobile devices using Adobe Connect application as design.
REASON FOR THIS BEHAVIOR: We do not have this feature available as of now. This is in our roadmap.
WORKAROUND: Convert the recording to MP4 and upload it to content library so that you can play these MP4 recordings.
