Help under Adobe Connect account redirects to webpage where we encounter an error-404

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Help link under Adobe Connect account for any non-english language redirects to a webpage where we encounter an error-404.

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect Hosted/On-premise
• Adobe Connect version: 10 and above

REASON BEHIND THIS BEHAVIOR:
We have recently discovered a new bug with 10 which happened due to Help page URL – https://help.adobe.com/en_US/connect/9.0/using/topics.html was not available.

SOLUTION:
This issue is slated to be fixed with Adobe Connect version 10.5.

The was logged as a BUG- CONN-4109101 and it will be fixed with Adobe connect version 10.5.
