Get an error-Network connectivity was lost upon sharing screen | Adobe connect

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: User encounters an error Network connectivity was lost only while sharing screen.

ENVIRONMENT:

  • Adobe connect Hosted
  • Adobe connect version 9.8
  • OS: Windows 7
  • Addin version- 11.9.985.57

REASON BEHIND THIS BEHAVIOR:
We have recently discovered a new bug with 9.8  but it may not be replicated under every network environment.

SOLUTION:
This issue is still being investigated since we have logged it as a BUG.

Additional Information:
The BUG is being investigated by our Engineering team.
