ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Failure to save the lead qualification criteria for registration questions

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect Events
• Adobe Connect Hosted versions 12.5.1, 12.6

SOLUTION: We have logged a bug for this issue and it is being investigated by Adobe Connect Engineering.

WORKAROUND:

• Login to your Adobe Connect account.
• Go to Admin> Account> More Settings> CSRF Settings.
• Uncheck “Enable CSRF Protection for XML API”.
• Click Save.
• Apply the rule to save Lead Qualification Criteria.
• Go to Admin> Account> More Settings> CSRF Settings.
• Check “Enable CSRF Protection for XML API”.
• Click on Save.
