Failed to install ACTS only on existing Adobe connect server

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Failed to install ACTS only on existing Adobe connect server 11.2. Adobe_Connect_InstallLog.log shows error:

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect on-premise
• Adobe connect version 11.2

SOLUTION:

1. Rename the classes.jsa file at:

Merge_Modules\JRE64.zip\jre\bin\server
Merge_Modules\presenter1.zip\fileset\dist\appserv\win32\builder\producer\JVM\bin\client
Merge_Modules\presenter1.zip\fileset\dist\appserv\win32\builder\producerx\JVM\bin\client

Or move it out from the above locations in the zip to some other location on the system.

2. Do pre-install from the installer by selecting Pre-deploy option and unchecking Deploy option. Let it finish.

3. Rename the file again to “classes.jsa” or copy the file from the backup taken in step 1 at these locations

\Connect\11.2.0\jre\bin\server
\Connect\11.2.0\appserv\win32\builder\producer\JVM\bin\client
\Connect\11.2.0\appserv\win32\builder\producerx\JVM\bin\client

4. Run installation again and select the option to deploy. Uncheck the Pre-deployment option. Let it to finish.

5. Start the console and Adobe Connect domain.
