Edit Video Background Hangs on Initializing in Adobe Connect Meeting
ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Edit Video Background feature hangs on initializing in Adobe Connect Meeting.
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect 12.5.1 and Above
- Adobe Connect Hosted
SOLUTION:
- Open Adobe Connect Meeting Application.
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+Q
- From Configurations> Select Enable GPU.
- Close and re-open the Adobe Connect Meeting Application on Windows.
- Open the Audio/Video Options screen> Try to open Edit Virtual Background.
- You will see all virtual background images to select.
