Dialout with dropdown to list the country codes under Join Audio Conference is missing

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Dropdown to list the country codes as Join Audio Conference is missing.

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect on-premise
• Adobe connect version 10.6.2 and above
• Adobe connect Telephony

SOLUTION:

1. Create a backup of telephony-capabilities.xml (Location – \Connect\10.6.0\TelephonyService\conf).
2. Change the XML entry to <capability id=”telephone-number-hint-format” value=”E164″/>
3. Restart Adobe Connect Telephony service.
4. Create a new meeting and check again.
