The Compliance and Control Tab Only Appears when an Account has Meeting or Seminar Features Enabled
ISSUE DESCRIPTION: The Compliance and Control tab appears under the ‘Administration’ tab when the Meeting or Seminar features are enabled on the account. If either of these features is unavailable, the Compliance and Control tab will not be displayed.
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Administrator
- Adobe Connect Hosted version 12.6
SOLUTION: To access Compliance and Control settings, the account must have either the Meetings or Seminars feature enabled.
