Receive an error – Request Not Processed when we try to duplicate the event

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Receive an error “Request Not Processed, The system was unable to process your request” when we try to duplicate the event.

 

 

 


Environment:

Adobe Connect  Hosted
Adobe Connect version 9.8.2

Reason behind the behavior:
We have recently discovered a new bug which indicates this has happened post 9.8.2 upgrade.

Solution:
This issue is fixed with Adobe connect 10 upgrade.

Workaround:
N/A

Additional Information:
1. The was reported as a BUG# CONN-4109335 with Engineering team and has been fixed post Adobe Connect 10.0 upgrade.
