Copying Responsive Event Template to Private Folder Generates Internal Error

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Internal error is generated on copying Responsive Event Templates to Private folders

ENVIRONMENT:

  • Adobe connect Responsive Event Templates
  • Adobe connect Hosted version 12.5.1

SOLUTION: We have logged a bug for this issue which is being investigated by the Adobe Connect Engineering team.

WORKAROUND:

  • Add user to the Event Manager group.
  • Open Default Responsive template as an author.
  • Try to copy the Responsive event template to Private folder
