Participants cannot launch the meeting in HTML client. It gets stuck on “We’re preparing the meeting room”
ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Participants could not enter the seminar room opened with HTML client as it gets stuck on “preparing the room”.
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Hosted
- Version- 10.1
REASON FOR THIS BEHAVIOR: This was discovered as a BUG after upgrading to Adobe Connect 10.1.
SOLUTION: This issue is fixed post upgrading to Adobe Connect 10.2.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This is reported as a BUG# CONN-4109798 and it is fixed with Adobe Connect 10.2.

I am supposed to connect to a meeting but I can’t.
Yesterday I had the sound (I could hear) but no one could hear me; today, I have nothing. Can’t succeed to connect at all.

Sorry but we are still seeing this in any Mac logins from iPad or desktop Safari running Mojave 10.14.4
