All Audio conference details are not visible when we switch between audio profiles | Adobe Connect

Problem Description: All Audio conference details are not visible when we switch between audio profiles.

Environment: 

• Adobe Connect  On-premise
• Adobe Connect version 10.2, 9.6.2
• Arkadin Audio profiles

Reason behind the behavior:
We had discovered this as a bug in 9.6.2 and with the release of Adobe Connect 10.2.

Solution:
This issue is still being investigated by engineering team.

Workaround:
N/A

Additional Information: The was reported as a BUG# CONN-4113247 with engineering team and they are working on it.
