Webcam view is pixelated in video pod when Surface Pro 2 internal webcam is used

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:Webcam view is pixelated in video pod when Microsoft Surface Pro 2 internal webcam is used.
Webcam view when we will run meeting in Adobe connect application:

Environment:
Adobe Connect  Hosted
Adobe Connect version 9.7.5
Adobe Connect Events

Reason behind the behavior:
We have recently discovered a new bug which indicates this has happened post 9.7.0 upgrade and persists in 9.8 as well.

Solution:
This issue is still being investigated since we have logged it as a BUG.

Workaround:
Run the meeting appending the meeting URL with ?launcher=false. As an example: https://xxxx.adobeconnect.com/xxxxxx
