Possible sync issue with Adobe Connect Recordings and M-Track audio devices

Issue: In few Adobe Connect recordings users may notice de-synchronization between audio and video when they use M-track conversion devices.  In order to eliminate the issue, kindly test the recordings without the conversion device.

Environment: Adobe Connect Hosted and On Premise.  Connect 9 and above.

Solution / Workaround: Client should test the meetings without the conversion devices to eliminate  any hardware related / 3rd party issue.
