Notes tab is not visible in Adobe Connect Presentation share pod

Problem Description: When uploading a PowerPoint presentation in Share pod, the notes pod is not visible or missing.

Environment:

• Adobe Connect Hosted

Reason for this behavior:  When a Presentation is uploaded into the meeting, it gets converted with Adobe Presenter library into supported formation.  In some cases the xml files in the converted files sets the notes tab to false.

Solution:

1. Using Adobe Presenter export the file as a zip.
2. Open vcconfig.xml file in the data folder.
3. Change the tag name=”notes” value=”false” to name=”notes” value=”true”.
4. Save the file and upload it in the meeting.
5. This should allow the notes tab to be seen in the sharepod.
