VoIP does not Work in On-premise-based Adobe Connect Meetings After 10.0.5 Update
The Adobe Connect 11.0.5 on-premise installer was updated on December 4th 2020 to solve an issue with VoIP.
If when using the HTML5 client in a Meeting hosted on an on-premise server running 10.0.5, the VoIP audio cannot be heard between and among users in the Meeting but the microphone activity is visible and the audio is present in the Meeting recording then download and reinstall the new updater. VoIP is not audible real-time between and among users in the Meeting in the HTML client in the initial version of the 11.0.5 updater..
The solution is to reinstall the corrected version of the 11.0.5 updater posted on December 4th 2020.
The previous version was missing two files in this path: <installation-dir>\appserv\common\meetinghtml – AudioCodecs.js and AudioCodecs.wasm
