Problem Statement: Video file recorded in portrait mode when uploaded to an Adobe Connect Meeting room gets changed to landscape mode.

Environment:

• Adobe Connect Hosted /On-premise
• Adobe Connect 9 and above

Reason for this Behavior: Adobe Connect does not recognize videos that are recorded in portrait mode.

Resolution:

• There are a number of applications that can easily fix this and one of them is Handbrake which is free to use.
