ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Upon clicking “Go to Dashboard” see an error stating, “Not Found – The selected resource does not exist.”
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Hosted
- Adobe Connect version 12.8.1 and above
SOLUTION:
- Login to Adobe Connect Central as an Administrator.
- Go to Administration> Compliance and Control> Advanced Settings > Connect Central Settings.
- Uncheck the option “Revert to classic Adobe Connect Central homepage for all users” selected.
- Click on Save.
- Refresh the page again and try to click on “Go to Dashboard” hyperlink.
