Uploaded PPTX slide decks with embedded JPG Images may have distorted images

After upgrading to Adobe Connect 11.2.3, you may see some distortion of JPG images that are embedded in PPTX files. Adobe Connect engineering is aware of the issue and is working on resolution. A quick workaround it to covert the JPG images to PNG. The PNG file image format will convert server-side without issues. In some cases, it may be prudent to compress PNG images before using them in order to reduce PPTX file size prior to uploading to Adobe Connect.
