ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Receive an error- “Not Found” when user tries to reset the password.
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect on-premise
- Adobe connect 9.5.3
REASON FOR THIS BEHAVIOR: CONFIG-SUPPORT-ADMIN-NAME is from Console page of Adobe connect
SOLUTION:
- Check the debug.log for error:
