Meeting Room Inaccessible after 12.5 Upgrade – “Not Found”
The solution outlined herein is for on-premise Adobe Connect customers.
During the recent upgrade of our Adobe Connect environment to version 12.5.x, we encountered an issue where certain meeting rooms failed to load, displaying the following error:
After conducting thorough investigations, we discovered that adjusting the following parameter in the custom.ini file on the CPS (Adobe Connect Windows server) resolved the issue:
CONTENT_INHERIT_PERMS_FROM_MEETING=false
Following this adjustment, reloading the configurations effectively resolved the loading issue.
We have diligently addressed this bug under the reference number # CONN-4148305 and are pleased to inform you that it has been rectified in version 12.6.
