Issue Description: Long delay in loading list under Seminar tab/ Seminar by session report

Environment:

• Adobe Connect Hosted
• Adobe Connect version 10.1, 10.2

Reason behind the behavior:

• We had discovered this as a bug post Adobe Connect 10.1 upgrade but it is being replicated after 10.2 upgrade as well.

Steps to Replicate:

• Login to Adobe connect account> Click “Seminar” tab.
• It takes 10-15 minutes to load the list of seminar and associated folders.

Solution:

• This is being investigated by the engineering team.

Workaround:

• Wait for 10-15 minutes to load the list of Seminars/ associated report by session.

Additional Information:

• We have a BUG# CONN-4109627 already open with the engineering team. Details will be added soon.
• Upon checking the debug logs the slow query duration shows long delay:
