How to force HTML Client in meeting | Adobe Connect

OBJECTIVE: Force Adobe Connect to use HTML client instead of the Flash or Adobe Connect Application

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect Hosted
• Adobe Connect 10 and above

SOLUTION:

• Append the following string at the end of your live session url ?html-view=true  and push it in your browser.
• This would force Adobe Connect to open using the HTML client provided HTML has been enabled from the Adobe Connect Central.
  For example:
  The URL of your session is https://example.adobeconnect.com/meeting_url
  You would need to paste the following in your browser: https://example.adobeconnect.com/meeting_url?html-view=true
