How to edit toll free numbers for existing audio profile | Adobe Connect
OBJECTIVE: How to edit toll free numbers for existing audio profile on MeetingOne
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect version 10.5
REASON BEHIND THIS BEHAVIOR: If MeetingOne Team asks to change toll-free numbers for their account . It will be difficult to create new profile and add to each meeting/seminar room.
SOLUTION:
- Login to the central account> Click on my profile> My audio profiles.
- Select MeetingOne (Or any given name)> On right hand side click on edit button
- Change Conference room number and Save.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Some time it happens that Conference number changes from Provider’s end. The users are creating new profile instead of just editing the old one. Hence this creates problem to change in every meeting room.
