Guest users registered for events get a blank page while login to Adobe Connect
Problem Description: Guest users registered for events get a blank page while login to Adobe Connect.
Environment:
- Adobe Connect Hosted
- All Adobe Connect versions
Workflow Steps:
- Guest user tries to reset their password from an Event Registration or Login page.
- The Adobe Connect password reset email directs them back to the Connect homepage to reset it.
- The user will inevitably attempt to log into the event from the homepage and get the blank screen.
Reason for behavior: Guest users invited through Adobe Connect Events are not intended to login to Adobe Connect as they are allowed to join events only.
Solution: Guest users are not intended to login to Connect and scope of the account is limited to the designated Event only.
