ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Encounter an error- MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer while installing Adobe Connect application on Windows 7/10:

ENVIRONMENT:

• Windows OS: 7/10
• Adobe Connect Hosted 9.8.1

SOLUTION:

1. Download and install Visual C++ redistribution from link – https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=48145
2. Download and install Adobe Connect application from link- https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html
3. Lighting install will allow installing Adobe Connect Application.
