Content is Stuck on Loading in an Adobe Connect Meeting Room if Part of the Meeting Template Chain is Removed
DESCRIPTION: Content is stuck on loading in an Adobe Connect Meeting room if we remove one of the Meeting template chain instances.
The content has to be reloaded for access.
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Hosted
- Adobe Connect Meeting
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
- Create a new Adobe Connect Meeting (Meeting 1)
- Upload content to the new Meeting in any format: pdf, ppt, etc.
- Move the new Meeting, Meeting 1 to the Template folder
- Create a new Meeting using the Meeting 1 template – create (Meeting 2)
- Move Meeting 2 to the Template folder
- Create a Meeting using the Meeting 2 template
- Delete Meeting 1 from Template folder.
- Open Meeting 2; it will launch successfully but the content shared in the Share Pod in Meeting 2 is stuck on loading.
- The Meeting room opens with the Share Pod with spinning wheels instead of the content.
SOLUTION:
- Avoid deleting any meeting from Meeting template chain.
- If you see any Meeting template is missing the content from the Share Pod then upload them again.
