ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Adobe Connect application crashes while using custom pods in Meeting
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Enhanced Audio/ video Meeting
- Adobe Connect app version 2024.8.120
- Adobe connect app for Windows
REASON: Known issue pending fix in upcoming release
SOLUTION:
Either of these solutions should work:
- Remove Custom pods from meeting room and open the meeting in Adobe Connect Application
- Run the Meeting in web Browser.
- Contact Adobe Connect support team by sending an email to entrsupp@adobe.com to get a BETA version of Adobe Connect application with fix for this issue.
