Adobe Connect Application Crashes using Custom Pods in Meeting

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Adobe Connect application crashes while using custom pods in Meeting

ENVIRONMENT:

  • Adobe Connect Enhanced Audio/ video Meeting
  • Adobe Connect app version 2024.8.120
  • Adobe connect app for Windows

REASON: Known issue pending fix in upcoming release

SOLUTION:

Either of these solutions should work:

  • Remove Custom pods from meeting room and open the meeting in Adobe Connect Application
  • Run the Meeting in web Browser.
  • Contact Adobe Connect support team by sending an email to entrsupp@adobe.com to get a BETA version of Adobe Connect application with fix for this issue.
