**Adobe Connect 10 ** How to Access the Information and Delete buttons in the HTML5 View for Managing Users and Groups

Problem Description :

How to Access the Information Button in the New View for Managing Users and Groups under Administration tab

Environment:

Adobe Connect Hosted/On-premise

Adobe Connect version 10.x

Steps for Solution:

  1. Login to the Adobe Connect UI as an Administrator
  2. Goto the View for Users and Groups, list of all Users and Group should appear here.
  3. Hover the mouse cursor over the desired User or Group name
  4. Move cursor horizontally towards the right to locate the Information (i) and Delete icons.
