Problem Description :
How to Access the Information Button in the New View for Managing Users and Groups under Administration tab
Environment:
Adobe Connect Hosted/On-premise
Adobe Connect version 10.x
Steps for Solution:
- Login to the Adobe Connect UI as an Administrator
- Goto the View for Users and Groups, list of all Users and Group should appear here.
- Hover the mouse cursor over the desired User or Group name
- Move cursor horizontally towards the right to locate the Information (i) and Delete icons.
