Adobe Connect Host unable to modify screen share and video settings from within the meeting room

Problem Description :

Meeting Host Unable to Modify Screen Share and Video Settings from within the Meeting room.

Gets Message “This Setting has been locked by your administrator”

Environment :

Adobe Connect Hosted/On-premise

Solution :

(Note : You should have Administrator rights in Adobe Connect UI )

• Click Administration tab.
• Click  Compliance and Control.
• Click Share Settings.
• Under Room Bandwidth Settings, Un-check the option “Prevent the meeting hosts from changing this setting from meeting preferences. (This will override any modified settings in existing meetings)”
• Click Save
