ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Meeting joined from IPAD is missing an option to join as a Guest
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Managed Services
- Adobe connect Mobile
- Adobe connect version- 9.5.7
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
- We have checked an ensured that meeting permission selected as “Anyone who has the URL can join the meeting”.
- Try to join the meeting from Ipad via connect app> We do not see an option to join as a Guest.
- Try to join the same meeting from PC/Laptop> We see an option to join as a Guest and login ID/Password.
REASON FOR THIS BEHAVIOR: This was discovered as an issue with onpremise account with version 9.5.7.
SOLUTION: This is logged as a BUG and it is being investigated.
